Zack Hester

Zack Hester serves as the Director of M&A Strategy and Deal Generation where he focuses on deal sourcing and acquisition strategy for Bluestone and its portfolio companies. He brings 10 years of aerospace, defense, and government services industry experience to the firm.

Prior to Bluestone, Zack worked in corporate development at Northrop Grumman where he focused on M&A, venture investment, joint ventures, and divestitures, including NG’s $3.4B sale of its IT services business to Peraton.

Zack began his career at Deloitte Consulting within their federal practice providing advisory and technology implementation services for civilian and national security clients.

Zack holds a master’s degree in International Science and Technology Policy with a concentration in U.S. Space Policy from The George Washington University and bachelor’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Political Science from North Carolina State University.
